nothing. hated it actually.
the hotel had major works going on. it was like a building site in the lobby and the facade. i was annoyed that we were not warned of this previously and that the rates did not reflect the inconvenience. no apologies were made. not a 3 star hotel.

The room was nice and clean and staff able to converse in English, which I appreciated.
However noisy from the street, kept hearing the station intercom, noisy in the morning from renovations within the hotel. The airconditioner was not working and very hot in the room.

I had a great two-night stay with a lovely rain shower and a cozy room, but the bed was definitely too small for two adults. I’d come back!

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful. They spoke relatively good English and also helped us planning our route in Paris.
Extremely small claustrophobic rooms. The hotel was dirty & dingy. The carpet in the room was left wet after the bathroom had been cleaned and was stinking. It was impossible to sleep due to noise of cars on the street. To add to it was the noise from the renovation in the hotel. The hotel amenities supposedly "available on request" (plug adapter, iron etc.) were not available.

Being refurbished. The room was not what was advertised and booked, no twin beds, air conditioner not working, dribble of water in bath, shower not working. A disaster. I would not stay again.

missingWrote a review on 09 Novbasic compliancestained linenspoor communication
The hotel seems to meet basic expectations, somewhat reassuring.
The first night, I discovered my linens were stained and unclean. The staff's inability to communicate effectively only added to my agony, leaving me without the support I desperately needed while navigating a new city. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel.

Perfect and friendly venue, magnificent location next to Gare du Nord and Gare d'lest, and main train station. Delicious food, especially hearty breakfast. Modern & functional rooms with separate beds.
Beds were hard.

Area is a bit seedy but very good for an early train. Windows were new and keep out much street noise. Shower pressure good.
Air con had musty smell and did not really cool the room so well. Price normal for Paris , I.E. expensive
